Before entering into the field of consultancy he had worked as a HR MANAGER in "DAYLIGHT CERAMICS" from 15/12/1969 to 14/12/1984. After that he has started his practice a single handled as a Labour Laws Consultant with his skills, knowledge and experience and moved ahead successfully years to years with highest efficiency and his ethical standards in this field. In 1993, MR. NILESH KOTAK had joined this consultancy firm and he worked out as his right hand throughout with him and now after him also maintaining his goodwill and legacy with same ethics and services. We are serving in this field as "KHAGRAM & KOTAK ASSOCIATES" in the profession of Labour Laws Consultancy and Labour Management Advisory Services.
